Scope and products

These terms of sale govern handbag purchases on cleorane.com from Cléorane, operated by Hachani, a sole trader. Essential characteristics, finishes, colours and prices appear on product pages. Images may show slight colour variations depending on the screen, without limiting the obligation to supply conforming goods.

Prices, orders and payment

Reference prices are in euros. Currency, applicable taxes and the total payable are shown before confirmation; tracked delivery is included for offered destinations. The applicable price is the one confirmed when ordering. Check items, address and total before placing an order with an obligation to pay. Confirmation is sent by email. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and processed by secure providers.

Delivery and withdrawal

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days; we aim to deliver most orders within 10 business days after dispatch. See the shipping policy for international arrangements. You have 14 days after receipt to notify withdrawal, then 14 days to return the goods. Return procedures, costs and refunds are described in the refund policy, including a model form. Statutory warranties remain applicable.

Statutory warranties

Goods benefit from the French statutory conformity warranty under Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code and the hidden-defects warranty under Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. Conformity claims may be brought within two years of delivery. Repair or replacement is provided free of charge under statutory conditions; a price reduction or termination is available in cases provided by law. Hidden-defect claims must be brought within two years of discovering the defect. Contact: contact.cleorane@gmail.com.

Complaints and mediation

For complaints, write to contact.cleorane@gmail.com. If a dispute remains unresolved after a written complaint, the consumer may use a competent consumer mediator free of charge. Mediator contact details: to be completed before the store opens.

Data, liability and applicable law

Personal data is processed under the privacy policy. No clause limits mandatory consumer rights or the seller’s statutory liability. French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence or applicable jurisdiction rules. The terms applicable are those accepted when ordering.
