Your order, step by step
- Confirmation: an email lists your order details.
- Preparation: within 1–3 business days.
- Dispatch: a tracking link is emailed to you.
- Delivery: we aim to deliver most orders within 10 business days after dispatch.
Preparation and transit are separate stages. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with destination, transport and customs procedures. Multiple items may arrive separately.
Tracking has not updated or your parcel has not arrived?
Email contact.cleorane@gmail.com with your order number. Cléorane remains your contact for tracking and delivery issues.
If the bag is not right for you
You have 14 days after receipt to notify us of withdrawal, followed by 14 days to return the bag. The return address and destination must be confirmed with Cléorane before purchasing. Direct return shipping costs for withdrawal are at your expense; no prepaid label is supplied. Defects or non-conformity are covered by statutory guarantees at no cost to the consumer.
