What are the delivery times and shipping costs?
Tracked delivery is free to destinations offered at checkout. Preparation takes 1–3 business days. We aim to deliver most orders within 10 business days after dispatch. These times are estimates: preparation and transit are separate stages. Read our delivery information.
Can I return my bag?
You have 14 days after receipt to notify us of withdrawal, followed by 14 days to return the bag. Return shipping for withdrawal is at your expense.
